Compelling Outcomes
I'm sure you've heard the phrase "Compelling Outcomes". It stems from the study of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and turns the old topic of goal setting on its head. The main premise is that traditional goal setting begins at the start line and talks about setting the future direction. Lets keep goal setting in this way as it has to start somewhere, but where I'm coming from today is to see your goal from the position of actually achieving it. Listen to the podcast for more.
