I run a 2 day event which helps students to take and pass a qualification on sales management and one of the modules is leadership and motivation models.
There are 15 altogether and my learners get their Maslow’s mixed up with the Myers and their Adair’s confused with their Hertzbergs and it’s very easy to do so. They’re all created by esteemed authors and professors.
However I came across a really simple one yesterday with no one attributing themselves to it but it’s the most common sense one I’ve ever seen.
This is the leadership model for all Sales Managers
