Presenting at sale meetings or board room presenting it’s good to be concise – time is the key element. Here’s some ideas to be more concise.
- 30 seconds answer maximum to all questions at the Q&A
- Be concise when introducing yourself – keep it to 30 seconds
- When presenting information learn to pause and stop waffling, just bite your tongue
- Stop earlier in sentences that you normally would
- If they want more information, they’ll ask
- Keep information to one page
