Conciseness is the future

Presenting at sale meetings or board room presenting it’s good to be concise – time is the key element. Here’s some ideas to be more concise.

  • 30 seconds answer maximum to all questions at the Q&A
  • Be concise when introducing yourself – keep it to 30 seconds
  • When presenting information learn to pause and stop waffling, just bite your tongue
  • Stop earlier in sentences that you normally would
  • If they want more information, they’ll ask
  • Keep information to one page
