Paul at firstname.lastname@example.org is an international sales speaker and sales training consultant.He founded and runs Archer Training Ltd in 2000, which helps clients around the world to improve their sales results.He, and his team, do this by providing training and speaking solutions to their sales force and sales managers.

Enough of the heavy elevator stuff
He began working in the financial services industry in 1982 and was soon promoted to run a building society branch of his own in North London. It was there he was introduced to a Magnum.Not an ice cream but a gleaming shotgun used to rob him whilst picking up money from the bank.
Looking for safety Paul got into sales and enjoyed huge success by focusing on what he did best – getting on with people and getting them to like him.Building trust with the customer seemed so obvious to Paul and throughout the 1990’s he began to learn how to teach other people how to gain trust with anyone you meet.
Graduating as a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Paul discovered many new tools to communicate with people and began his quest to share his ideas with people.
